The Teeth In One Day procedure can range significantly in length depending upon how many teeth need to be removed and replaced. It’s important to note that the root installed during a Teeth In One Day procedure is permanent, but the crown is temporary and will be replaced with a permanent tooth once your have recovered from the implant surgery.
We see first hand how sensitive people feel about their loss of teeth. A gradual series of implant procedures may leave a patient without teeth for an extended period which can be embarrassing and can greatly impede chewing and eating. Teeth In One Day enables patients to avoid multiple surgeries and reduce the amount of time they live with unhealthy teeth.
All of our Teeth In One Day patients undergo anesthesia to numb their mouths before the procedure begins to greatly reduce any pain. However, as with any other dental procedure, most patients experience some discomfort during the healing process. The degree of that discomfort can vary between patients, though many are able to return to their normal routine within several days.
Before your Teeth In A Day appointment comes around, you’ll need to schedule an appointment with Dr. Beauchamp so he can evaluate your teeth. Then, once a course of action is decided, measurements, photographs, and molds are taken and the procedure is scheduled on the books. If you’re ready to get the process started, call our office and we’ll help you schedule your first appointment!
